    Hello,

    The issue has been resolved. Our investigation identified a malfunctioning Microsoft service that did not operate correctly even after a restart. As a result, we set up a new instance of the service, which required additional time for configuration. The problem is now fully addressed, and we are continuing to investigate the root cause.
